Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

6. Uploading Content to Our Platform

When you upload content to our platform (including text, images, and menus for your website), you must comply with the acceptable use terms set out in section 4. You agree to reimburse us for any costs or expenses we incur as a result of any breach of this term.

You retain ownership of content you upload. However, by uploading content to the platform, you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services to you and your website visitors.
