Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 28 March 2026
1. Overview
This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for InstantCafeSite, operated by Anseko Ltd. We want to be straightforward about what happens when you cancel, so there are no surprises.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy. Please read it alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Who We Are
https://instantcafesite.com is operated by Anseko Ltd., a UK limited company registered in England under company number 16289154.
- Our registered office is at: 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom (correspondence only)
- You can contact us by email at: hello@instantcafesite.com
3. Subscription Plans
We offer two tiers:
- Starter (Free): A free subdomain and basic features. No payment is required, and you can use this tier indefinitely.
- Pro ($29/month or $290/year): Custom domain, free SSL, SEO tools, and access to all features. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial.
4. Free Trial
The Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial. During the trial:
- No payment is taken upfront. You will need to provide payment details when you start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends.
- You can cancel at any time during the trial period at no cost.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged at the applicable rate (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you selected).
It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual).
- You will continue to have full access to all Pro features until that period expires.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Once the paid period ends, your site will automatically downgrade to the Starter (free) tier.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, not immediately.
6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. This includes:
- No partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.
- No pro-rata refunds if you cancel partway through a month or year.
- No refunds for annual subscriptions, regardless of when you cancel.
- No refunds for charges incurred after a free trial converts to a paid subscription.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. We encourage you to make use of the 14-day free trial to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.
7. Downgrade to Free Tier
After your paid subscription ends (whether through cancellation or non-renewal):
- Your site will revert to the Starter (free) tier.
- Features exclusive to the Pro plan (such as custom domains and SEO tools) will no longer be available.
- Your site content will be preserved, and your site will remain accessible on a free subdomain.
- You can continue using the Starter tier for as long as you like, at no cost.
- You can upgrade back to Pro at any time.
8. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Anseko Ltd. does not store your payment card details. For questions about how Stripe handles your payment information, please refer to Stripe's privacy policy.
9. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we do:
- We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price changes (at least 30 days).
- Price changes will apply from your next billing period after the notice period, not to your current period.
- If you do not agree with a price change, you can cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
